General terms and conditions of sale

1. Scope of application

All orders placed via the 2Ncraft.ch online shop (hosted at https://2ncraft.ch), hereinafter referred to as “the site”, or “the shop”, are governed by these General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTS).
2Ncraft.ch reserves the right to make changes to the GTS at any time and to publish them on the site without prior notice.

2. Offers, prices and orders

The shop’s offer is aimed at people domiciled in Switzerland and Liechtenstein. All product descriptions and product prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice. 2Ncraft.ch reserves the right to stop selling a product at any time.

Product prices are indicated in Swiss francs and include VAT. Possible errors in the prices indicated on the site may lead to the cancellation of an order decided by the site managers.

Payments are only made via the payment methods offered on the site at the time of the order, by Paypal or debit and credit cards. By placing an order, you declare that you accept the GTS as published on the site at the time of placing the order. The order is confirmed by sending an e-mail to the e-mail address indicated by the customer and constitutes the contract concluded between 2Ncraft.ch and the customer. The order is considered validated at the time of invoicing by the site. 2Ncraft.ch reserves the right to cancel any transaction without justification. A paper copy of the invoice is included in the delivery pack.

3. Delivery and returns

Items ordered at this online shop are only delivered in Switzerland and Liechtenstein. Deliveries are free of charge. Delivery times information is given as an indication and does not constitute a guarantee that the order will be systematically delivered within the indicated deadlines.

2Ncraft.ch does not allow the exchange of ordered products. A right of return and reimbursement is granted under certain conditions. The customer has 10 days, from receipt of the order, to request a return. The return costs are paid by the customer, unless the item is defective, damaged or if the customer received the wrong item. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition and packaging, accompanied by the corresponding invoice. To make a return, it is mandatory to make a request via our customer contact email address (info[at]2ncraft.ch). No product return will be accepted without a request sent by the customer, nor without written confirmation by email specifying the acceptance of this return request. If the return is accepted, 2Ncraft.ch will send the customer instructions on how to return the package.

4. Warranties and limitation of liability

It is in no way guaranteed that the colours and images of our products as they appear on the shop are in accordance with the reality and expectations of the customer. 2Ncraft.ch does not grant a right to terminate the contract or to reduce the price.

In no case shall 2Ncraft.ch be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the service or any product, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the service or any content (or product) posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the service, even if advised of their possibility.

5. Applicable law and place of jurisdiction

Swiss law applies to the legal relationship between 2Ncraft.ch and the client. The place of jurisdiction for any dispute with 2Ncraft.ch is Chêne-Bourg (Geneva).
